Cancellation Policy

1. Appointments • All consultations and estimates must be booked in advance through our online booking system. • Free Estimates are available by appointment only and subject to availability. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Frequent cancellations or no-shows may limit your ability to book future appointments. 3. Arrival • Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to ensure fairness to other clients. 4. Free Estimates • Free estimates are for residential and commercial coating projects within our service area. • Estimates are no obligation — we’ll provide recommendations and pricing based on your project needs. 5. Service Fees • Workshops, consultations, or custom design services that have a listed fee must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. 6. Company Rights • Pinnacle Coatings & Design reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or unsafe project conditions.
